About the Opportunity
The Major Markets Manager will be responsible for planning and directing all functions of the (6) member Major Markets Sales Team. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales approach to increase IMAGETEC’s market share in pre-identified prospective Major Accounts. Must have a minimum of 10 years of proven track record of high performance sales management in document solutions and office equipment/products industry.

IMAGETEC's sales teams cover territories in the greater Chicago land area, including the North, South, and Western suburbs, in addition to southern Wisconsin.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
With offices in Downtown Chicago, Rosemont, Naperville, and McHenry, IMAGETEC is looking for Field Service Technicians that can trouble shoot and diagnose problems with digitally networked copiers, printers, and faxes in a timely and orderly fashion within an assigned territory. Two years of prior work experience repairing office equipment is preferred, but not required.
IN-HOUSE SHOP TECHNICIAN
Our McHenry location is currently recruiting for an In-House Shop Technician who will be responsible for setting up and prepping copiers, printers, and faxes before they are sent out to the customer. Two years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment is preferred, but not required.
We are looking for people who are passionate about technology. IMAGETEC is Illinois' largest independent distributor of digital printer, network peripherals and color laser printers, and looking for candidates with the talent to produce exceptional work and customer service.

Position Summary:
This position consists of 90-100 outbound sales calls per day in order to develop relationships with customers, identify needs, and sell to those needs. The right candidate will be motivated, comfortable selling on the phone, and have the vision to see long-term results.
Sales Representatives are expected to work an existing book of business to cultivate and expand relationships. Additionally, they devote a portion of their day looking for new opportunities through cold-calling efforts.
